We provide creative direction, content strategy, photography, videography, and social media support. All services are customized per client and outlined in individual agreements.

2. Payments

• Deposits are required to secure bookings

• All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

• Late payments may result in paused services or additional fees

3. Intellectual Property

All content created by Ashton Imagery remains the intellectual property of the Company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a license to use delivered content for their business purposes.

4. Revisions

Unless otherwise stated, revisions are not included. Any additional edits or changes may incur an extra fee.

5. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information

• Timely communication

• Participation in content creation and approvals

We are not responsible for delays caused by lack of communication or materials.

6. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to sales, leads, engagement, or growth metrics.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our services or website.
